2. Service Description

Eye Care at Home provides mobile optometry services, including but not limited to eye examinations, prescription eyewear, and specialised evaluations. Our services are delivered directly to your home or care facility.

3. Appointments

When booking an appointment with Eye Care at Home, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your medical history and current health status that may be relevant to your eye care.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

4. Payment

Payment for our services is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cheque, bank transfer, and cash payments. Please note that we do not accept credit or debit cards.

For NHS patients, services covered by the NHS will be billed directly to the NHS. You will be informed of any services not covered by the NHS, which you will be responsible for paying.

5. Prescriptions and Products

Eyewear prescriptions are valid for the period specified by UK law. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of prescriptions that are older than this period.

Eyewear products purchased through us come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality of care, we cannot guarantee specific results from our services. Eye Care at Home and its representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. By continuing to use our services after any changes, you agree to the updated Terms.
